Scholarship Information
In addition to service, sisterhood, and finer womanhood, scholarship is one of Zeta Phi Beta’s founding principles. Mu Gamma Zeta encourages scholarship via our yearly scholarship to high achieving young women in the South Dade area.
GENERAL INFORMATION- FOR FEMALE APPLICANTS ONLY:
1. The scholarship is available for graduating seniors who are United States Citizens.
2. The applicant has applied for admission to an accredited college or university or
vocational or technical school for the Summer, Fall, or Spring term.
3. The applicant must have a minimum grade point average of a “2.75” (unweighted) or
above.
4. If home schooled, the applicant must adhere to the guidelines.
5. The scholarship award varies according to available funds.
6. The recipient(s) will receive a “Letter of Award”.
7. Applicants that were not selected – THANKS FOR YOUR APPLICATION!
8. Application must be electronically submitted on or before the deadline of
March 6, 2026 at 11:59 pm.
9. Applicant must reside within the areas of Florida City to South of Kendall Drive.
